The concepts are tools for asking better questions about AI abundance. They are not all measured quantities, and they are not interchangeable. This page favors short definitions, useful distinctions and routes back to the original documents.
Distinct possibilities should be cheap enough not just to generate, but to compare, enter, abandon, revisit and preserve. A thousand nearly identical outputs do not necessarily buy a thousand meaningful alternatives.
Primary synthesis: Beyond Abundance.The practical ability to undo, exit, fork, recover or change direction without losing disproportionate amounts of context, data, relationships or accumulated work. Cheap entry with expensive exit is an incomplete freedom.

Foundational DOIAI can shorten the path from noticing another person's artifact to expressing “this, but…”. Remixing can open genuinely different branches, or selection pressure can drive endless near-duplicates. The medium's design influences what gets preserved.
Working interpretation connected to the executable projects.Model-assisted outputs enter public language, products, criticism, tests and documentation. Later systems may encounter parts of that altered environment through data, evaluations or retrieval. This does not mean a deployed model's weights change whenever it reads a webpage.
Distinguishes direct model adaptation from broader ecosystem feedback.The broader hypothesis that intelligence, capabilities and presentation increasingly become environmental rather than remaining concentrated inside one application or device. It is a research frame, not a claim that one technological endpoint is inevitable.
